Delete your Origin account

This page explains how users of the Origin mobile app (in.flashbuilds.alconnect.app) can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete your account in the app

Your account is scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period. If you sign in again before that period ends, deletion is cancelled and your account is restored.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email founder.flashbuilds@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Origin account. Include your full name and institute (if applicable). We will verify your identity and process the request.

What is deleted

After the grace period completes, we delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account, including:

• Profile information (name, photo, headline, education, experience, contact details you provided)
• Posts, comments, reactions, and other content you created
• Connection and messaging data associated with your account
• Device tokens used for push notifications

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate purposes, such as:

• Records needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
• Backup copies for a short period until they are purged in the ordinary course
• Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you
