These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Origin mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Origin (“Origin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Origin. You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Access to certain features may require affiliation with a participating institute, verification of your role (e.g., student, alumni, faculty), or approval by institute administrators. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met or are no longer satisfied.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content on Origin, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our guidelines.
Business and club profiles, job posts, and events may be subject to review before they appear publicly. We and participating institute administrators may approve, reject, edit, or remove listings that do not meet our standards or institute policies.
If you post or host content as a business or club, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization and that the organization complies with these Terms.
Jobs, events, and external links are provided by users or organizations. Origin does not guarantee accuracy, safety, or outcomes. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
Messaging is available between connected users as enabled by the Service. You may block users and report messages or content. We may review reports and take action consistent with our policies, but we are not obligated to monitor all communications.
Participating institutes may designate administrators with access to verification queues, listings, and user management within their institute scope. Institute administrators act under their institute’s policies and applicable law. Origin is not responsible for individual administrative decisions made by institutes.
The Service, including its design, logos, software, and documentation (excluding your content), is owned by Origin or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIGIN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Origin from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time through app settings or by contacting founder.flashbuilds@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, risk to the community, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licenses granted to us for already-distributed content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date and, where required, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
